Customizing Your Harvest Box
Each week we post the contents of next week's box on Friday. After the
harvest box contents are posted to the website, you will be able to
customize the upcoming week's box.
Once you have one of our harvest boxes in your shopping cart and see
the little green arrows and the list of products that are in the box,
click on the order. You will see "Customize Box" in blue under
the harvest box. Select this link to customize your harvest box. The
box will come set with the suggested box items and all the available
options listed. The Quantities will reflect the week’s Suggested Box.
If you wish to swap out items, first remove the item you do not want
by changing the quantity to zero. After you remove an item you may then
add a new item from the listed options by changing that quantity to
1 or 2 if it's an option. Be sure to submit the order after you finish
to save your changes. To confirm your changes, click on your shopping
cart and review the list of items in your box - it should reflect your
changes.
If you pick up at the Inn, or the You Pack at the Carlisle Store, you
will be able to make substitutions in person when you pick up your box.
Cooler Deposit/Return
The $20 cooler deposit is a fully refundable deposit for each cooler
we deliver with your order. This charge will show up each time we send
you a cooler(s), but if you make sure and put out your empty cooler(s)
before the next delivery, the refund for that cooler(s) will cancel
out the new delivery deposit. So effectively we will only charge you
one time.
You can return coolers to any of the following locations during the times
listed:
- Our Carlisle store at 2000 Carlisle, just south of Indian School.
Open Monday, Tuesday, or Friday from Noon until 7PM.
- Los Poblanos Inn, 4803 Rio Grande Blvd. Open Tuesday from Noon until
5PM.
- Our warehouse at 2200 Zearing Ave NW, near I-40 and Rio Grande Blvd.
Open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM - 3PM, and Friday from 9AM
- 1PM.
Skipping a week (or more)
You can skip deliveries online through your account. All you need to
do is sign into your account and click on the "Skip Order"
icon, then input the dates you will be gone. Be sure to save your changes.
Look at your shopping cart to confirm your skipped delivery dates. You
will see "Skipped Delivery” on the week(s) that you have skipped
when you look at your shopping cart..
Billing
The billing happens within 2 business days after the date your order is
scheduled for. So if you receive weekly orders, then you will have weekly
billing. You can see a listing of all charges and credits to your account
under “Account Options” in "Invoice/Order History & Account Balance".
To change or update the credit card on file for your account, log in and
go to “Account Options”, and click on "Modify Your Personal Info".
Be sure to save your changes at the bottom when you are finished.
Email Reminders
You can sign up to get email reminders as often as you would like to receive
them. For example, you might want to have one reminder sent to you before
the cutoff deadline to make any changes to your order, and another reminder
sent to you right before your delivery or pickup is scheduled to occur.
To do this, go to Account Options, and click on Delivery Reminder Emails.
Switching from Pick Up to Home Delivery (or Vice-Versa)
Please call the office or send an email, so we can make the change.
Missed Pick Up
As we have harvested or purchased the product, packed it, and sent it
out to the pick up location for you; we bill you for your order even
if you miss your pickup. If you pick up from one of the Albuquerque
pick up locations and you contact us before Friday the week of the missed
pick up, we will try to work with you to make arrangements for you to
get your produce. If you pick up your box from one of the non-Skarsgard
Farms Staffed pick up locations, please contact them directly to inquire
if they still have your order; some locations will hold orders overnight,
some do not. We donate any leftover orders to Road Runner Food Bank
or Saint Felix Pantry.
ORDERING
Reviewing Orders (please follow the steps below)
Go to the shopping cart. This will show you exactly what is scheduled to be delivered on each date, and in what quantities.
Click on an order to see the prices or edit the quantities.
Placing Orders (please follow the steps below)
Click
on 'Shop'.
You can choose items from the Featured Products that are listed for you, or you can select an option from the sidebar menu area under "Shop Our Products".

- If there is no >> beside the product category (e.g. coffee), then click on the category to see your product options.
- If there is an >> beside the product category (e.g. dairy, meats), then just hover your mouse over that category without clicking, and another menu option will appear just to the right of your cursor. Move your cursor over to the product option you would like, and then click on that.

Browse to the item you want and select the quantity you would like.
Click on 'Add to Order'.
The Delivery Options box will appear. At this point, decide whether you want that particular product to be delivered on a regular basis, or if this is just a one time order.
The
option box next to 'What Type of Order do would you like to place for
this item' defaults to One Time Order. If you click on the down arrow
next to that, you can select Recurring.
If
you select "Recurring" you must then select your Delivery Option
(Every Week, Every Other Week, or One Time Order).
Select which week you would like your order for that particular product to start.
If you want to add more products, click 'Save and Continue Shopping'. If you decide you don't want that product, click 'Cancel'.
When
you finish shopping, click 'Save and Review Your Order'. This will show
all the products you selected for recurring delivery since you are in
the Recurring Items.
If
you make any changes, click 'Save Changes'; otherwise your order has already
been placed and you can see it in your shopping cart.
As
your final step, ALWAYS click on the shopping cart, where you can easily
see what is on order for which date. The shopping cart will show your
recurring items as well as your one-time order items.
If
you want to change the quantity of a one-time order item, click on the
scheduled delivery date, and change the quantity from this page. Again,
click on 'Save Changes'. Check your shopping cart again.
